Hi, I’m Joel, a GIS developer with a passion for GIS and Esri ArcGIS Software. I’ve spent countless hours mastering the software and have been able to develop and maintain complex GIS applications that have helped organizations make informed decisions. My expertise in the field has allowed me to create innovative solutions that have saved organizations time and money.
In addition to my GIS skills, I have extensive experience with CI/CD and have been able to leverage it to streamline the development process. I have combined my knowledge of ArcGIS with CI/CD to develop GaiaBuilder, a product that automates the publishing and sharing of services and content to ArcGIS Enterprise. I have integrated GaiaBuilder with Azure DevOps and Jenkins to deploy commits automatically, saving time and ensuring consistent quality.
When I’m not working on GIS projects or developing new tools, I love spending time outdoors, cycling and mountainbiking.
